Details: This workshop will delve into the potential and limitations of utilizing ChatGPTPlus (a service based on GPT-4, enhanced with chat and web search capabilities) within the realm of Geographic Information Systems (GIS). We will cover a spectrum of topics including locating GIS data, obtaining technical support and assistance, generating Python code for GIS tasks, receiving feedback on map layouts, interpreting imagery. While the workshop is tailored for individuals with prior GIS experience, it is open to anyone interested in exploring the application in higher education settings.
