Delivery Schedule

Each campus building has one unscheduled delivery/pickup each day. Departments should have outgoing mail ready by 9:00 a.m. each day. Departments who miss a daily pickup may drop off their mail at the Central Mailroom before 2:00 p.m. to ensure it is processed that day.

Delivery Time

Campus mail and incoming USPS mail take an average of one day to reach its destination once it has been received by the Central Mailroom. Delivery times can be shorter/longer by one day (i.e. same day vs. 2 days) depending on your delivery location and thus delivery time.
