Lab Notices:

  1. Supervisors must file a Safety Training Record with the Department for each new employee.
  2. Every lab door must have a posting with the names of responsible individuals. This is critical information that is needed when emergencies occur in the lab space or when safety issues arise.

  3. Michigan Department of Licensing and Regulatory Affairs - Michigan Occupational Safety & Health Administration - Right to Know Safety Data Sheet Posting

  4. For Unattended Lab Operations, please fill out this template and post near the area of operations for responding officials to get information in the event of an emergency.
