Students who choose to live in the residence halls have their room and board billed directly to their CMU student account due at the beginning of each semester.
The semester total for Residence Hall room and board will be applied to the student's account at the beginning of the semester. Late payments will result in the assessment of late charges. Failure to meet scheduled payments may result in forfeit of services.
There is a $15 charge for meal plan changes once the Academic Year begins. Dates for accepting changes will be posted in each Residence Hall. Changes may be made in the Campus ID Office
