All benefit election changes MUST be made during the enrollment period and will be binding for the 2015-16 plan year, July 1, 2015 - June 30, 2016.
Computer workstations are available in Rowe 109, Ronan lab, Woldt lab, and in the Park Library.

As reported in the 2014 FY Health Care & Wellness Report, our health care costs continue to rise. With the help of the health care committee, CMU regularly reviews ways to control costs - making necessary health plan changes along the way - while maintaining an excellent benefit program for our employees.

NEW! Review your dependents for 2015-16. New reporting requirements under Health Care Reform make it necessary for you to provide the Social Security number of each dependent you cover on your medical plan.
