You can access the results of the CMU Staff Satisfaction and Well-being Surveys by clicking on any of the links below and using your CMU global ID and password. The reports summarize major findings and compare the results of different employee groups, genders, and race/ethnicities of the staff population.

360-degree Feedback Reports

How well are you doing in your job? If you would like to take advantage of an opportunity to get constructive feedback from your peers, your supervisors and your subordinates, call us to set up a 360-degree feedback survey. Participants in the Leadership Excellence program have found this to be a valuable experience over the last 10 years, and have gained multiple insights about their own leadership styles.
