Fidelity was founded in 1946 by Edward C. Johnson II and today is the largest fund company in the world. Fidelity Investment Tax-exempt Services Company is a division of Fidelity that is one of the nation’s top providers of 403(b) supplemental tax deferral plans to not-for-profit organizations, including colleges and universities, healthcare institutions, foundations, and charitable organizations.  Fidelity has been offered at Central Michigan University since 1994.
