Position Overview: Working in Ticket Central as well as night
and weekend events at various locations around campus. These events include
theatre, athletics, and special events.
but not limited to:
Major Duties: Taking ticket orders via phone and window sales, answering
customer questions, and special projects.
Minor Duties: Screen, transfer phone calls and/or record messages from
incoming phone calls to professional staff or to other departments. Assorted
office tasks such as filing and sorting order forms as well as paperwork.
Other related customer services
such as cash register operations and sales (preferred). Basic phone and
computer skills, time management, and the ability to work without supervision.
