Online Admission Process

​The online admission process allows you to enter your own personal information and the password protected secure account allows you to return to your application.

Note: It is very important to enter the correct information in the application as outlined in the application process steps. Failure to enter correct center and program information could delay your admission and registration process. Please carefully read or print out application information PRIOR to starting the application.

About You

  • Which of the following statements most accurately describes your situation? Select "I am only interested in enrolling at CMU in order to take a few courses. I am not interested in pursuing a degree and/or program."

Personal Data

  • Social Security numbers are not required, but financial aid decisions for U.S. students cannot be made without an SSN.

Anticipated Enrollment

  • Where do you plan to attend classes? Select an off-campus center or online
  • What academic level do you plan on pursuing? Undergraduate or Graduate (please note that completion of a bachelor’s degree is required to select Graduate option)
  • What semester/year do you plan to be​gin? Select the semester and year in which your class BEGINS
  • What center do you plan to attend? Highlight "Educator Professional Development"
  • Are you interested in completing a degree or program? Highlight the "No" and select "I am a non-degree seeking student." Non-degree status allows you to register for up to six (6) semester hours of credit. An original transcript from the institution where you recieved your undergraduate degree is required to continue to take classes after accruing the six hours.

Education

List all degrees and attendance at any postsecondary institutions, including your GPA.

Employment History

List all your employment history, starting with the most recent first.

Application Fee Payment Options

  1. Option 1 – Pay with credit card or electronic check (selecting this option will take you to secure online payment site).
  2. Option 2 – Mail in a check or money order. Select the mail-in payment option if you prefer to send a money order/check (print the fee statement to send in with your payment) or IF YOU ARE NOT REQUIRED TO PAY A FEE due to reactivation of admission status.

Submit Application

Print a copy of your completed application for your records.
