Many adults in career transition feel overwhelmed or fearful. They may lack purpose. They search for motivating strategies to overcome self-limiting beliefs and to formulate a plan to find their ideal career. We will explore how to set up your career transition for success by providing 12 strategies to create a realistic action plan that delivers the changes you seek in your career. These holistic strategies will clarify how to get ‘unstuck,’ prepare for a successful job switch, be empowered to take action, commit to goals, minimize fears, and ultimately gain the confidence, courage, and clarity necessary to make the career change you seek.
Beth is Director of Career Services and a adjunct professor at Northwood University, a career strategist, author, and founder of Girls2Women Coaching. She is a certified motivational career coach with a master’s degree in leadership specializing in career transitions.
