Central Michigan University's Global Campus and PBS TeacherLine partner to offer academic credit for many of the PBS TeacherLine Professional Development courses. PBS TeacherLine offers high quality, standards-based graduate-level professional development opportunities for teachers. The accessible online format makes learning fun, flexible and collaborative.

CMU graduate credit for PBS TeacherLine courses is $100 per credit hour plus the $50 admission fee, if applicable.
How to Register for Credit with CMU:
Step 1 - Go to the PBS TeacherLine web site to register for the professional development course. (NOTE: there is a cost for taking the courses; CMU credit is in addition to this cost.)
Step 2 - Close PBS TeacherLine web site window and return to this web site.
Step 3 - Click here to go to the CMU Credit Registration form. Please make sure you enter the following information accurately so that CMU can verify your registration with PBS:
- The exact PBS section number [i.e. RDLA157.65]
- Accurate start and end dates
- The same e-mail address used to enroll with PBS
Step 4 - If not currently admitted to CMU, complete the Non-Degree Graduate Application and pay the $50 admission fee. Please see the Online Admission Information for additional details and application instructions.
Registration and fees must be received by CMU prior to the end of the PBS course. Registrations cannot be accepted after the PBS course has ended. Please reference the credit registration deadlines below.
