Registration for the Clarke’s Virtual Speaker Series

Out of an abundance of caution in light of the ongoing public health emergency, the Clarke Historical Library's fall Speakers Series will be online. The presentations will be made available via Webex software, which allows attendees to view the presentation online or simply listen to the presentation through a regular telephone call.

Registration is required for each event. There is no deadline for registering for any event – you can register even after the presentation has started.

To register for a presentation, click on the event title below (visit our Exhibits and Events page for full details about each presentation). After you click on the title, you will be taken to the Webex Events page for that specific event. Click on "Register" on the top of the event listing and proceed to the registration form. To register for multiple presentations, you must sign up for each event one by one.

Please contact us at or 989.774.3352 for assistance or more information, including information about connecting to the presentation via telephone.

Registrants will receive a confirmation e-mail after their registration is submitted. They will also receive a reminder e-mail the day before the presentation. With the exception of the Hemingway presentation, which begins at 6:30 pm and will be hosted by WCMU, each presentation will begin at 7:00 pm Eastern Time. The Clarke will open the "doors" at 6:50 pm to give registrants time to get set up. When you are ready to join the presentation, click on the link in your confirmation e-mail. After the link directs you to a webpage, you will see a "Join Event Now" section on the right side of the page with a link for "Join Now" – click on that link and proceed to run the temporary application from Webex.
