Description:
Park Library's Sarah and Daniel Opperman Auditorium is a state of the art, fully mediated special event room. It contains seating for up to 129 people, has 1 Laser Projector and screen, and 4 coinciding LED screens. The auditorium is used mainly for special events such as guest speakers, presentations and workshops. It also played host to Governors Jennifer Granholm and Rick Snyder, numerous musical groups, poetry readings and film festivals. Room Policies:
Use of the Sarah and Daniel Opperman Auditorium must be in accordance with
CMU Libraries' General Reservation Information, Polices, and Procedures.
Food and beverages are
NOT permitted in the Sarah and Daniel Opperman Auditorium.
Arrangements must be made prior to the event for instruction on the use of audio-visual equipment. Operation of the equipment during the event is the responsibility of the group using the room.
Arrangements for recording in the Sarah and Daniel Opperman Auditorium are the responsibility
of the group using the room and must be made in advance.
