Administrative Fellows sign-up underway

President, provost call on tenured faculty who aspire to leadership roles

President George E. Ross and Provost Michael Gealt have announced the fourth year of the Administrative Fellows Program for tenured faculty members at Central Michigan University.

The program offers a unique opportunity for those aspiring to leadership roles in academic administration.

Based on similar programs at many other universities, the Administrative Fellows Program is tailored for CMU and presented in consultation with the leadership of the Faculty Association at CMU.

Tenured faculty who meet criteria and are interested in applying for the 2018-19 positions are invited and encouraged to submit an application by Jan. 26. Selection will proceed in a timely manner so selected individuals and their departments can make plans.

The program and selection process description, along with the application form, are available here.
