Students participating in the December commencement ceremony may receive up to seven (7) tickets for seating in McGuirk Arena. Tickets are for general admission. Tickets and seating are not guaranteed and are on a first-come, first-served basis. Additional tickets are not available. 

Tickets can be reserved beginning on Monday, October 21, 2019. Graduates will receive an email on this date with a link to register for commencement and reserve their tickets. Once reserved, tickets will be distributed to graduates electronically on Monday, December 9, 2019. At this time, graduates can either print their tickets, forward individual tickets to family and friends to scan on their phone or print them out themselves. Graduates can only forward a ticket once, if a graduate forwards a ticket multiple times, only the last forward will be valid; all other tickets forwarded previously will be void. Once the graduate forwards a ticket, any tickets printed before the ticket was forwarded will also be void and unscanable. Graduates must make sure they only print or forward a ticket once.

Students who apply for graduation after November 6, 2019, must contact Ticket Central directly in order to reserve their commencement tickets.

Guests who require ADA seating should arrive at least one-hour prior to the ceremony. Special tickets are not required for ADA seating. ADA seating will allow for one companion to sit next to them. Other members in the party will be seated nearby, if possible.
