President's charge

The President's Transition Team is charged with the development and implementation of an effective, inclusive and transparent transition process. The primary responsibilities include the appropriate and timely introduction of Dr. Ross to internal and external university community stakeholders, the gathering of pertinent information regarding the short- and long-term aspirations for the university, and the assessment of the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and challenges with recommended resolutions facing the university.

The transition team will provide the following reports to President Ross.

  • Initial Report - June 1, 2010
  • Progress Report - October 1, 2010
    With the distribution of the survey on November 9, 2010, the progress report will be collapsed into the final report due February 1, 2011. The deadline had previously been extended to November 15, 2010.
  • Final Report - February 1, 2011
