Managing social media accounts for the university requires strategy, focus, expertise and a good dose of that fired-up attitude CMU is known for. We bring strategic direction to the development of our flagship social media accounts to share the stories of our institution and build the CMU brand. And to be sure you have access to the same strategy and expertise, we provide guidance, training and support for our campus social media managers and moderators who manage other university accounts.
