Florence University of the Arts Information Session

Monday, January 23 at 3 p.m. in the UC Lake Huron Room, 307​

Enhance your education and gain valuable career skills in Italy with CMU Study Abroad. A representative from Florence University of the Arts will offer an information session on Monday, January 23 at 3 p.m. in the UC Lake Huron Room 307. Learn about how you can take classes in anthropology, apparel merchandising and design, art, art history, business, communications, dietetics and nutrition, event management, graphic design, history, hospitality, integrative public relations, interior design, Italian language marketing, and music. This is an affordable program.

Study Abroad 101

Application deadlines are approaching quickly - Get started today! This semester we will also be adding a new section to Study Abroad 101 about how to fund your study abroad experience!​

Study Abroad Expo

Wednesday, February 1 / 11-4 p.m. Bovee University Center Rotunda

Study Abroad will host the annual Study Abroad Expo on Wednesday, February 1 from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. in the Bovee University Center Rotunda. Join us to meet CMU students who have recently returned from around the world, along with academic and financial aid advisors and faculty members who will be leading their own programs and see where you can go! ​​Passport Fair

Wednesday, February 22 / 1-4 p.m. Bovee University Center Lake Michigan Room 303

Come to the UC Lake Michigan Room to quickly and easily apply for a passport. Representatives from the​​​ Isabella County Deeds office will be on had to assist with the process. 

All applicants will need the following items to apply:

1. Certified copy of birth certificate, in addition to the certified copy you will need to supply an additional copy of the front and back, on separate sheets of paper
2. Copy of the front & back of their driver's license (a copy of a 2nd ID if the driver's license is not from Michigan)
3. A passport photo
4. A check or money order to the U.S. Department of State, check for amount (Yes this must be a check or money order and must be for the exact amount)
5. A separate check or cash in the amount of $25.00 to the Register of Deeds for processing.
