CMU Assessment Council

The Assessment Council is composed of representatives from CMU Colleges, Academic Senate, the Council of Chairs, and invested units engaged in learning assessment. Their charge includes the development of learning assessment policies and processes, assessment plan forms, and university-wide best practices; the review and approval of program assessment plans; and the support of assessment as a defining element of Central Michigan University, including recognizing faculty and councils making significant contributions to learning outcomes assessment and communicating to students the importance of these activities.
