Case is a Multimedia and Web Developer on the Creative Media Production Team in the Office of Curriculum and Instructional Support. In this position, he creates and edits a variety of course and lecture videos for CMU’s faculty and staff.  He also supports the Chipcast lecture capture platform and assists faculty when using CIS’s growing number of autonomous maker spaces.

Prior to coming to CMU, Case invested many years in the design, build, and development of both a recording studio and record label. He’s recorded and released 3 studio albums and continues to develop his skills on acoustic, electric, and bass guitar, vocals and piano. He’s also earned a nationally recognized audio production certificate from the ‘Recording Workshop’ in Chillicothe, OH, in addition to his years of experience in a recording, live-streaming, and publishing environment.

When not at the office, Case can most often be found writing and recording music at Mountain Town Records or serving coffee at Twelve17 Coffee Roasters.
