International Student Advocacy Board

About the ISAB

OGE is proud to sponsor the International Student Advocacy Board (ISAB).

The ISAB is a group for international students who are interested in serving as advocates and leaders within the international student body and the CMU community. Members of the ISAB will assist the Office of Global Engagement (OGE) in learning more about the challenges, concerns, and issues facing international students at CMU.

Each month members will focus on a different challenge/concern/issue that international students face and will be tasked with learning more about how it affects students. They will then share their findings and suggestions with the ISAB advisor at a monthly meeting so that the OGE can work to serve international students as best as possible.

Applications for the Spring 2020 International Student Advocacy Board (ISAB) are now openCurrent international students interested in applying for the ISAB should complete the application below by Wednesday, February 5, 2020 at 11:59pm.
