2018-2019 costs​ (non-U.S. resident tuition)

  • Undergraduate tuition - $18,936 (based on 24 credit hours - $789 per credit hour)
  • Living expenses - $13,526
  • Student service fees​ - $450
  • Yearly total​ - $32,912
  • Financial aid through CMU is not available to international students. However, students may qualify for the President's Scholarship

2018-2019 costs​ (with President's Scholarship)                                                                        

  • Undergraduate tuition - $10,008 (based on 24 credit hours - $417 per credit hour)
  • Living expenses - $13,526
  • Student service fees​ - $450
  • Yearly total​ - $23,984

*PLEASE NOTE that all expenses have been calculated for an academic year consisting of two sixteen-week semesters (approximately nine months).

The United States government requires that Central Michigan University obtains verification of financial support from all students requesting Certificates of Eligibility (I-20s or DS-2019s).
