Dr. Traci L. Guinn Buckley has been employed at Central Michigan University since 1998. As the child of a retired Air Force officer and career mother, Dr. Guinn Buckley has lived many places during her life. Born in Shreveport, Louisiana; she then went to high school in Honolulu, Hawaii and college in Memphis, Tennessee. She holds a Doctorate in Higher Education Administration from Central Michigan University, a Master of Arts in Educational Administration and Community Leadership from CMU, and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from the University of Memphis. Dr. Guinn Buckley recently served as the Interim Associate Vice President for Institutional Diversity for 2.5 years before returning to the CID and MASS offices, where she has been for over 15 years. When she first arrived to CMU, Dr. Guinn Buckley worked in the Admissions office as associate director of admissions for minority enrollment. Dr. Guinn Buckley enjoys working with students from recruitment to graduation and all the way to graduate school. She welcomes all students to stop by and visit the OID family.

Kyra Williams has worked for Central Michigan University for the past 15 years and only recently joined the staff in the Office for Institutional Diversity and Inclusion in July 2016. Kyra has two children, a daughter who graduated from CMU in 2012, and a son who is currently in his sophomore year here. Kyra's husband also works for Central Michigan University in the Office of Undergraduate Admissions as the Senior Associate Director. We are definitely one big, happy CMU family!

Austin Reeves is an Undergraduate Student Office Assistant in the Office for Institutional Diversity and Inclusion. He is currently studying Marketing and hopes to join a marketing firm after he graduates. One of his many passions on campus is The Organization for Black Unity's Annual Fashion Show, which he is now Senior Head Director for its upcoming show. He is also a mentor in the Impact program which is coming up on their second year. On his down time, he loves hanging out with his friends and enjoying life to the fullest.
