The OIT Help Desk provides best efforts support for all platforms of mobile devices, with a focus on IOS/Android devices, integration with University managed technology services, and network and e-mail connectivity. OIT also offers Verizon, AT&T, and Sprint cellular phone service and equipment through the Connect Service.
