Help and Training

The Office of Information Technology provides support for OIT issues by email, phone, and through an online help system. The CMU community can be trained for many services that are used throughout campus.​

Help Desk
The OIT Help Desk is housed in the first floor of Park Library, and is the first point of contact for all technology related questions, especially in the areas of University managed technology services, general computing questions, and computer repairs.
