Team Sites are for you!
Centrallink.cmich.edu/teams/ is built on SharePoint and is the perfect place for inter or intra-departmental teams to collaborate. From meeting agendas and minutes to discussion and documentation, SharePoint Team Sites give you the tools you need to make it easier than ever to keep everyone up to speed.
How do I get a Team Site?
Each college has its own Site Collection, such as https://team.cmich.edu/sites/CBA for the College of Business. Your college technicians should have administrative access to assist in getting you the access you need. If for some reason you do not have a local technician, or are not affiliated with a specific college, please contact the Help Desk for assistance in creating your Team Site.
How do I access a Team Site?
The best way to gain quick access to your Team Site is by adding a link to your "My Favorites" located at the bottom of the Central Link home page.
Here's how you would add a Team Site link to your favorites:
- Select the Customize My Favorites option within the My Favorites window.
- A screen should pop-up and display the Suggested Links, My CMU Team Sites, and My Custom Links that are available to be added to your favorites.
- Within the My CMU Team Sites section, select the Team Sites that you would like to display within your favorites.
- Once selected, click Close. Click Save to finalize your changes.
