Exchanges, Replacements & Returns
You can exchange or return a device within 14 days from the date of shipment. If you have a defective device and your device is covered under the manufacturer’s warranty, you can replace the device through a warranty exchange.
You can purchase insurance protection through any 3rd party provider.
Square Trade - Square Trade offers warranties for smart phones, laptops, and other electroncis.
AppleCare Products - Purchase the AppleCare Protection Plan or AppleCare+ to extend the coverage on your Apple product.
Lost or Stolen Devices
To report a lost or stolen phone, contact our office by phone or email, or visit us at our location in Woldt Dining. We will work with your carrier to suspend your service immediately.
