Lost or Stolen Devices
To report a lost or stolen phone, contact our office by phone or email, or visit us at our location in Woldt Dining. We will work with your carrier to suspend your service immediately.
Buyer's Remorse/Replacing Purchases
You can return a device within 14 days of the date of purchase. If you have a defective device and your device is still under the manufacture’s warranty, you can replace the device through a warranty exchange.
