If you are activitating a new Verizon phone during the break, you can call the activation line at 1-877-807-4646. Be sure that your new phone is turned off while you are calling the activation line.
If you experience issues with your device or service during the break, you may contact your carrier's care line listed on our Support Services page. Let the representative know that you wish to troubleshoot the issues you are experiencing.
