Mingsheng Dai

Dr. Mingsheng Dai is responsible for providing leadership for a team in the development of online and hybrid courses, using a combination of face-to-face and online instructional pedagogies and technology tools and programs.  She develops and implements measurements to ensure quality in all online courses. 

She works with faculty to design, develop, and revise online courses and offers one-on-one consultations and online workshops to enhance skills and competencies of faculty who develop and teach online courses. She researches and evaluates the latest technology tools and best practices in online courses. 

She holds a B.A. in English Literature from Yangzhou University, China, an M.A. in Education from Manchester College in Indiana, USA, an M.S. in Educational Computing, Design, and Telecommunication from Kansas State University, Kansas, and a Ph.D. in Curriculum and Instruction from Kansas State University, Kansas. She has been certified as Quality Matter Reviewer from Quality Matter, MarylandOnline, since 2006 and Master Reviewer since 2014.
