Gail served as the Senior VP, Sponsorships & Internal Communications for AT&T (2009-2011); President of AT&T Michigan (2000-2009), and vice president of AT&T/SBC/Ameritech prior to that.
Gail was appointed by Gov. Granholm to the Jobs and Economic Advisory Group in 2003 and the Michigan Board of Medicine (her term here ends in 2015).
Gail served as chair of CMU’s Board of Trustees and Detroit Regional Chamber of Commerce. She also served on the CMU’s Development Board, CCFA Campaign Committee, President’s Detroit Area Advisory Board, board of Detroit Renaissance Inc., Detroit Medical Center, Detroit Opera House, Michigan Virtual University, Economic Club of Detroit and ArtServe Michigan. She received the
Northwood University Distinguished Women Award in 2005, the 2004 Institute of Human Relations Distinguished Leadership Award from the American Jewish Committee (Metro Detroit Chapter).
Gail is married to George and they reside in Harbor Springs, MI
