K-12 students, educators and family members from across Michigan will come together Friday and Saturday on Central Michigan University's campus for the state's largest celebration of student creativity.
From Port Huron to Ionia, Troy to Muskegon and Waterford to Otsego, students will travel to Mount Pleasant from schools across the state.
The competitions and practices will take place in classrooms and hallways in the Bovee University Center, Grawn, Moore, Pearce and Anspach halls, the Rose Center, McGuirk Arena and the Events Center. Students will work through assigned challenges involving the sciences, technology, fine arts/teacher, improvisation, structure/engineers and service learning/community outreach.
An awards ceremony in McGuirk Arena will conclude the event Saturday evening.
