Dr. Lile joined Central Michigan University as an instructor of pharmacology with the Physician Assistant Program in 1996. He received both his Doctor of Pharmacy and his Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy from Purdue University in West Lafayette, Indiana.  Dr. Lile is an adjunct instructor of Clinical Pharmacy at Ferris State University, University of Florida, Purdue University, Idaho State University, and Ohio Northern University. He is Director and Preceptor with the Pharmacy Practice Residence Program, Supervisor for Clinical Pharmacy Services, Pharmacy Education Coordinator for the Family Practice Residency Program, and Clinical Coordinator, all at MyMichigan Medical Center in Midland, Michigan.

Dr. Lile received the prestigious 2003 Michigan Pharmacists Association Innovative Practice Award. He is an active member of the Michigan Pharmacists Association, American Association of Physician Assistant Programs, American College of Clinical Pharmacy, and American Society of Health-Systems Pharmacists.
