Biography

Lynne Zagami is a faculty member in our Master of Entrepreneurial Ventures program, where she teaches ENT 625, New Venture Hires, Filings & Reports.  She has also been a speaker in undergraduate classes.
 
Lynne lives and works in the Boston area, where she serves on Shoobx Inc.’s Leadership Team as the Head of Customer Success.  Shoobx helps high-growth companies from formation to exit – by combining equity management, corporate governance, employee onboarding, fundraising tools, and documentation into one collaborative platform.
 
Before becoming a client service expert, Lynne was a corporate attorney. She was previously Director of Client Engagement and a Corporate Attorney at Gesmer Updegrove, a boutique law firm focused on startups.  She was also Director of Client Services at Brightleaf, a creator of document automation software for lawyers.  She has a deep understanding of marketing and business development, and is an advocate for women entrepreneurs.  Among other things, Lynne supports women founders and works hard to help them achieve greater access to funding and other resources.  She has also mentored entrepreneurs through the MassChallenge and WIN Lab accelerator programs.
 
Lynne holds degrees from Smith College and New York Law School.
