My experience with sexual aggression has expanded with over a decade of working in the field. My passion for this area of work began with work as a SAPA advocate and has grown over many years in a variety of roles within Sexual Aggression Services. Throughout my time in this field, my work has been focused on continually advancing the advocacy services and educational programming provided by SAPA with an emphasis on survivor-centered practices. In my work with those who have impacted by sexual aggression, it has been my strong belief that an environment of trust, a strong respect for each person and their ability to make choices for their own well-being, and a sense of safety are of vital importance. A long time member of the CMU community, I also earned both my Bachelor of Science in Family Studies and Master of Arts in Professional Counseling from CMU.
