CMU, Supervisory/Technical Association reach agreement
New five-year contract is effective until June 2026
Central Michigan University and the CMU Supervisory/Technical Association/MEA-NEA, which represents 97 first-line supervisors and technicians at the Mount Pleasant campus, have reached agreement on a new five-year collective bargaining agreement.
The new contract is effective July 1, 2021, and will run through June 30, 2026. The new contract includes language that assures members of the bargaining unit receive benefit contributions and wage adjustments on the same basis as the university's professional and administrative staff.
