Central Michigan University (CMU) has established a new educational partnership with Brose North America, Inc., expanding access to flexible, online learning opportunities for Brose’s U.S.-based workforce and their families. The agreement offers a 10% tuition discount on CMU’s online programs for Brose employees, their spouses, and dependents under the age of 24.

With more than 26,000 individuals eligible through this partnership, the collaboration reflects a shared commitment to supporting lifelong learning and workforce development.

“This partnership is another example of how CMU is meeting learners where they are—professionally, geographically, and personally,” said Rob VanDorin, Executive Director of Business and Community Outreach for Innovation and Online at Central Michigan University. “We’re excited to support Brose employees and their families in pursuing accessible, career-focused education.”

Tanya Misajlovski of Brose North America emphasized the alignment between the partnership and Brose’s organizational values:

“This partnership reflects our commitment to lifelong learning and professional development at Brose. Even those with busy schedules can now take advantage of CMU’s educational opportunities. Being a global company, I was so excited to hear that this benefit extends to all Brose employees – including spouses and dependents – which aligns with our company principle of Family. We are looking forward to collaborating with the CMU team for our future learning needs.”
