Add another first to the start of the spring semester: first week of classes in the new Center for Integrated Health Studies.

The $26 million, two-story facility adds 50,000 square feet to the Health Professions Building and upgrades labs and equipment focused on two fast-growing careers: physician assistant and physical therapist.

"Our students and those to come will not only have access to the latest and greatest technology in the world, but the space in which to use it," said Tom Masterson, dean of The Herbert H. and Grace A. Dow College of Health Professions.
