Thank you for your interest in the CMU Alumni Association Board of Directors. Here’s what you need to know about member eligibility requirements and expectations:

Vacancies are filled by appointment and vacant seats vary based on returning board members and expiring terms each year.
Strong candidates for board service are actively engaged in the CMU community and seek to make a lasting impact and further their involvement with CMU.
Candidates must be graduates of CMU and currently be or become a Gold Member of the alumni association.
Board members serve a three-year term and can serve up to three additional, consecutive terms.
Members must attend three in-person meetings each year (October, February and May), serve on a subcommittee, and attend various alumni events.
