CMU to host data analytics event

College of Business Administration will host professional conference March 29

The Central Michigan University College of Business Administration will host a data analytics conference Friday, March 29, in the Grawn Hall Atrium.

The all-day conference features presentations from business professionals with career expertise in data analytics. Speakers will focus on big data and the ways analytics can impact all areas of business decision-making and strategy development.

Speakers include career professionals from the University of Notre Dame, Gongos Inc., The Dow Chemical Company and Meijer.

The college also will hold a screening of the movie "Moneyball" in the atrium the night before at 7 p.m. Thursday, March 28.
