Alumni Service Recognition Award
The Alumni Service Recognition Award is given to alumni with demonstrated commitment to addressing social, economic and environmental needs at the local, state, national or international level.
Award eligibility criteria
To receive the Alumni Service Recognition Award, nominees must meet the following criteria:
- Must be a CMU alumna/alumnus.
- Must demonstrate exceptional integrity and character through sustained service to local, state, national or international communities.
- Must have demonstrated commitment to helping better the lives of others.
- Must serve the university through volunteer leadership roles, mentorship of future, current or former CMU Chippewas, or engagement with academic programs and student organizations.
Current CMU employees and current Alumni Association Board of Directors members are not eligible to receive this award.
