Future Alumni Leader Award

The Future Alumni Leader Award recognizes outstanding Central Michigan University juniors or seniors who have demonstrated their commitment to forging ongoing connections with university members through academic achievement and co-curricular involvement.

Award eligibility criteria

To receive the Future Alumni Leader Award, nominees must meet the following criteria:

• Must be entering their junior or senior year in the next academic year. 
• Must proudly demonstrate their connection to the university through academic achievements and involvement in campus organizations.
• Must engage in efforts to strengthen the campus community.
• Special attention will be given to those who have shown active involvement in alumni relations activities.

Nominations for the 2026 alumni awards will open January 2026.
