Hytham Dali began his role as manager of Access & User Services at the university libraries in October 2022.
Hytham has worked for the CMU Libraries in various positions since 2009, starting out as a student employee for Documents on Demand. While studying for his master’s degree in history, he worked for the CMU Libraries’ Acquisition and Resource Management as a copy cataloger. Upon completion of his first master’s degree Hytham served as a library technician at the Library of Congress. From there he would move on to serve in a variety of management and administrative roles serving as the Technical Services Manager at the Handley Regional Library, the Daily Operations Supervisor and Coordinator of Access & Delivery Services at the CMU Libraries.
