Student Music Organizations

Central Michigan University’s student music organizations create a vibrant, welcoming community where musicians grow as performers, leaders, and collaborators. From national fraternities and professional chapters to service groups and student-run initiatives, these organizations connect you with peers who share your passion, open doors to workshops and performance opportunities, and help you build the skills and friendships that shape your CMU experience. Whether you’re looking to lead, serve, network, or simply make music with people who love it as much as you do, there’s a place for you to belong and thrive.
