Studio Theatre Productions

Each semester interested students, student organizations, and faculty members direct and perform a variety of theatrical productions. Recent productions have included: the annual UT Dance Company - Student Choreography Showcase, Trap Door Improv performances, Alpha Psi Omega One-Act plays, and numerous smaller-scale student productions of plays and dance productions.  Each year a total of 25-30 theatre productions are staged, providing scores of opportunities for students to gain experience in technical, design, performance, and directorial roles.

In most cases, these productions are presented at no cost and are open to the public.  Details about upcoming University Theatre productions are available on our News and Events page and on social media @cmutheatre. Seating for these productions is first-come, first-served, and general admission. Seats fill quickly and anyone interested in attending should plan to arrive early.
