College of the Arts and Media professor receives award for outstanding accomplishments
Kirsten Weber, Department of Communication faculty, receives the 2022-23 President’s Award for Outstanding Research and Creative Activity
Congratulations go to Dr. Weber for being selected a recipient of this year's President's Award for Outstanding Research and Creative Activity. This well-deserved honor, given in recognition of her many contributions to CMU, is a testament to her impressive record of accomplishments.
President Davies will be presenting the award to Dr. Weber at the Faculty Excellence Exhibition on April 17, 2023.
It is because of work like Dr. Weber’s that the university is able to continue to elevate its national profile through important research and creative endeavors, as well as efforts to improve learning and service.
