Department of Communication Graduate Program Prospective Students
Individuals interested in exploring communication in both scope and depth to enhance their careers in business, government, non-profit sector, or as a step on the road to a doctoral program are invited to apply to our Master of Arts in Communication.
Admission requirements
Applicants must have one of the following:
- An overall GPA of 3.0 or higher.
- A 3.0 GPA in the last 60 hours of undergraduate credit.
- A 3.0 GPA in the last 15 hours of communication courses.
Application
Applications for admission into the Masters of Communication program are evaluated on a rolling basis.
Assistantships
Applications for Graduate Assistantships are due March 15 for Fall enrollment.

Additional sources of funding are available to graduate students.
