New Hire - 1st Day

New staff must visit Human Resources on 1st day to complete the following.  Please bring documentation to verify employment eligibility.

• Employment Eligibility Verification Form (I-9)
• New Employee Checklist
• Parking Permit
• Payroll Forms
• Staff ID Card
