Summer speech-language specialty clinics (SSC)
Clinics are offered by the Department of Communication Sciences and Disorders to provide quality clinical education to our students, provide evidence-based clinical services to clients, provide outreach and collaboration with community social, health and educational partners, and support clinical research.
Summer Speech-Language Specialty Clinics 2022 will mark our 75th year on CMU's campus. We are excited to offer this unique opportunity to our students studying speech-language pathology and families seeking intensive summer speech and language intervention for their children.
Location:
- Childhood Development & Learning Laboratory at the College of Education and Human Services building.
Dates:
- June 29 - July 29, 2022, Monday through Friday.
- Kids will not attend camp on Friday, July 1 or Monday, July 4, 2022.
Sessions:
- Children 3-9 years of age
- 9 a.m. - noon and 1-4 p.m. sessions for children 3-9 years old.
- Children 10-14 years of age
- 9 a.m. - 4 p.m. for children 10-14 years of age.
- 9 a.m. - 4 p.m. for children 10-14 years of age.
Cost:
- $700 for half day sessions.
- $1400 for full day sessions.
