Project Management Certification
Central Michigan University (CMU) and the Program Management Institute (PMI) - Great Lakes Chapter are offering the Project Management professional development preparation courses for various levels of project management certifications. The accelerated non-credit courses are taught fully online for the following certifications:
- Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM)
- Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt

Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM)
An entry-level certification for project practitioners, designed for those with less experience. It distinguishes you within the job market and enhances your credibility and effectiveness working with project teams. The course will prepare individuals for the CAPM certification exam.
Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt Certification
A workshop that introduces you to project management methodology and problem solving tools.
Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification
A workshop that develops your project management, problem-solving, and analytic skills and prepares you for a successful career. This certification is highly valued by recruiters and could be the key to landing your dream job.
