Lean Six Sigma
Lean Six Sigma is a management approach that improves performance and eliminates waste of physical resources, time, effort, and talent. CMU offers two Lean Six Sigma certifications for undergraduates and graduate students:

- Yellow Belt Certification: a workshop that introduces you to project management methodology and problem-solving tools. This certification is also included in the BUS 639 Course.
